No refunds for unattended day/s tours as Golden tours has already made bookings that may affect business continuity if the booking is missed it can be transferred to the next person of your choice this applies to day tours only

All confirmed tours only cash cheques can be accepted and electronic bank transfers payments unfortunately no credit card facility are offered.
All confirmed booking tours must be confirmed 24 hrs before the initial day of the tour taking place.
All confirmed tours must use the name of the tour and as reference of individual name if made of behalf of groups.(name of church,company,or name of group)
All proof of payment must sent same day to the given contact details address scanned sent to business email address
